The Camino Antiguo (“Ancient Way”) Association was established in 2021. We are also a local church of the same name called Camino Antiguo Church which meets on Sundays at 11am in Zalla at the Casa Camino Antiguo. We aim to show God’s love by serving the community.
We chose the name Camino Antiguo because it has a lot of different meanings for us. It is similar-sounding to the Camino Viejo or Camino Olvidado which are the names of the particular Camino route that we are on.
It also references John 14:16 where Jesus says, “I am the way (Camino) and the truth and the life.”
We believe that in Jesus we can have life, and life in abundance.
