El Camino Antiguo Association (v.1 November 2022)
We want to inform you about the processing of your personal data
In order to fulfill our vision to open the Casa Camino Antiguo guesthouse, we will depend on the financial contributions of various individuals, churches and trusts.
We want to ensure mutual trust between you and the Camino Antiguo Association. As a result, we would like to inform you in a transparent manner about the way we handle your personal data.
We are responsible for your personal data
The Camino Antiguo Association is responsible for the collection of your personal data and considers careful handling of your personal data very important. This means that we treat your personal data confidentially, that we have taken security measures to protect your personal data against loss, unauthorized access or theft and that we will delete data if we no longer need it for our work.
The times when we receive your personal data
To finance the purchase and renovation of the Casa Camino Antiguo we will depend upon our supporters and partnering churches. At this stage, we are only asking for pledges of financial support in order to gauge the potential backing for the project. This process will involve requesting information such as your name, address, email and the amount and frequency of your potential donations.
We are only requesting the personal data that is necessary for us to gauge the amount of potential financial support for the project. At a later stage, assuming sufficient pledges have been made and that we have found a suitable property, we will use your information to make contact with you and request that your pledge be processed into an actual donation. We only do this if you have given permission for the use of your contact information. If you do not want this, you can always state this with us and unsubscribe.
We do not use your data for purposes other than those mentioned above.
We will not sell your personal data to third parties.
We do not store your personal data longer than necessary.
You may request correction or deletion of your personal data.
